What events can I access with a VIP pass?

When do VIP ticket sales open?
VIP ticket sales open 1 month before each conference starts. Look for the countdown timer above to see exactly when sales begin for each upcoming conference.
How does the VIP badge work?
Once you purchase a VIP pass, a distinctive black and white VIP badge will appear on your profile showing which conference you have VIP access to (e.g., "VIP - SF 2025"). This badge is visible to other attendees and event hosts.
What's the difference between a VIP pass and annual membership?
A per-conference VIP pass grants VIP access to a single conference. The annual VIP membership grants VIP access to all Deep Tech Week conferences for the entire year — ideal for frequent attendees.
Is the VIP pass transferable?
VIP passes and memberships are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. Each grants VIP access to one person.
Can I still attend events without a VIP pass?
Absolutely! VIP passes provide priority access and auto-approval, but all Deep Tech Week events are open for registration. Without a VIP pass, your registration may require host approval for certain events.
