SECTION 02 WHAT IT DOES · 3 PILLARS

List. Track. Priority.

MultiPass is a single dashboard for the events you care about across DTW. It tracks them, shows live status, and gives you faster decisions from hosts.

INTEREST LIST 01

Every event you care about, in one place

Mark the events that interest you across the week and keep them on a single schedule view. No spreadsheets, no juggling tabs.

LIVE STATUS 02

Watch approvals come in

See your registration status — pending, approved, waitlisted, declined — update live as hosts work through their queues. You know where you stand without refreshing Luma.

PRIORITY 03

Skip to the front of the queue

When you confirm your MultiPass schedule, those requests get a flag that hosts can sort on — your committed picks land at the top of their approval queue.

THE MULTIPASS RULE

One page for the whole week. No spreadsheet. No refresh button. No guessing where you stand.

MultiPass exists because tracking ten or twenty event requests across a week is the kind of admin you shouldn't have to do.

SECTION 03 HOW IT WORKS · 3 STEPS

Three steps, one page.

SECTION 04 FREQUENTLY ASKED

The practical stuff.

What does MultiPass cost? +
MultiPass is free for registered DTW attendees. It's included with your DTW account.
Do I have to use MultiPass? +
No. You can still RSVP to events one at a time through Luma. MultiPass is for people who want to track everything they care about on a single page and get a faster decision from hosts.
How does approval priority actually work? +
Hosts who run their door through DTW see a 'MultiPass' flag next to your request. We surface those at the top of the approval queue so you hear back sooner — typically same-day.
Will MultiPass RSVP me on Luma? +
No. MultiPass saves your picks locally to DTW with a 'MultiPass' flag so hosts can prioritize you. To get fully confirmed on Luma's guest list, you still RSVP through the event's Luma page — MultiPass just gets the host's attention first.
What happens if a host declines me? +
Your status updates to declined in your MultiPass view. Pick a backup event for that slot and request that one instead — your other approvals are untouched.
