Welcome to one of Austin's hidden gems—a beautifully restored historic estate just a 10-minute walk from the University of Texas. Originally opened as The Inn at Pearl Street in 1993, this beloved Austin bed & breakfast welcomed guests from around the world for decades. Much of what made it so memorable has been thoughtfully preserved: the inviting front porch, abundant natural light, gracious architecture, and the unmistakable feeling that you've arrived somewhere with a story to tell. Rather than erase its history, we've carefully restored the property as a private event venue, allowing its legacy to continue through new gatherings and celebrations. Today, stepping inside feels like discovering somewhere the rest of the city hasn't found, a private retreat designed for meaningful conversations, unforgettable celebrations, and experiences that deserve an extraordinary setting. Our venue comfortably hosts 50–200 guests across a collection of elegant indoor and outdoor spaces, making it equally suited for intimate celebrations, corporate gatherings, and creative experiences.
