Zeno Power develops nuclear batteries, including americium-241 and strontium-90 fueled radioisotope Stirling generators, to provide long-duration power for space, seabed, and other remote applications. Its stated customers and use cases include NASA lunar surface missions, Pentagon and U.S. Space Force applications, maritime sensors, telecommunications cables, and other persistent subsea infrastructure. The company says it has a scaled nuclear prototype demonstrated at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in 2023 and is working on launch-approval pathways for radioisotope power systems. Zeno’s leadership includes co-founder and CEO Tyler Bernstein, co-founder and COO Jonathan Segal, Chief Product Officer Lindsey Boles, Chief Commercialization Officer Harsh S. Desai, and Senior Vice President of Space Business Development A.C. Charania. Zeno’s website states it has raised a $50 million Series B round.
