Wi-Charge, founded in 2012 by Victor Vaisleib, Ori Mor, and Ortal Alpert, develops far-field wireless power transfer technology using focused infrared beams. The company's AirCord™ technology licenses transmitter platforms and compact receiver modules to OEMs, enabling devices such as smart locks, displays, and IoT devices to charge wirelessly from distances exceeding 30 feet; the company also ships the Encode Wireless Power Kit, a consumer product. Wi-Charge holds over 150 patents and has secured regulatory approvals including FDA, FCC, and CE certification.
