Uviquity develops solid-state far-UVC (200-230 nm) semiconductor light sources and chip-scale deep-UV lasers using proprietary photonic integrated circuit (PIC) technology. Its platform generates spectrally pure, human-safe far-UVC light for chemical-free disinfection of air, food, and water, as well as coherent deep-UV sources for sensing and analytical applications including Raman spectroscopy, semiconductor metrology, environmental monitoring, and industrial process analytics. The company announced the world's first chip-scale deep-UV laser at 229 nm in 2026 and is sampling to OEM partners.
