The American Housing Corporation is a vertically integrated real estate developer and housing manufacturer founded in September 2024 and headquartered in Austin, Texas. It is tackling America’s housing shortage by applying industrial manufacturing techniques to produce beautiful, affordable starter rowhomes (townhouses) at scale. The company designs and factory-builds a proprietary “kit-of-parts” system—including structural panels, modules, and components—that ships flat-packed in standard intermodal containers or trucks, then assembles rapidly on-site in days using purpose-built rigs and repeatable processes. Its end-to-end platform, powered by custom automation, in-house software called Alamo, and advanced panel production (including a custom-built press), controls land acquisition, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to deliver high-quality, family-oriented homes in dynamic urban neighborhoods while dramatically reducing costs and construction time. Led by co-founders Riley Meik (CEO), Bobby Fijan, Will Davis, and Harris Rothaermel, American Housing completed its first full prototype rowhome in Austin in late 2025 and is now scaling production and development with the mission of “saving the American Dream through all-out housing production.”
