Resolve Stroke develops SYLVER, a software platform integrated with existing ultrasound systems that processes 100% raw ultrasound data to produce high-resolution 3D vascular images of the brain. The platform supports point-of-care neuroimaging for clinicians in neurocritical care units and ICUs, enabling rapid assessment of cerebral microvasculature and large vessel occlusions in stroke patients. It employs software-defined ultrasound methods, including ultrasound localization microscopy and contrast-enhanced ultrasound sequences, using standard probes. Co-founded in 2022 by Aritz Zamacola (CEO and co-founder, former Roland Berger healthcare consultant with degrees in medical sciences from Imperial College London, business from HEC Paris, and engineering from CentraleSupélec), Vincent Hingot (CTO and co-founder, PhD), and Olivier Couture (co-founder and scientific director, expert in medical imaging and ultrasound). Raised €2.2 million seed funding in 2023 from Quantonation and OVNI Capital. Headquartered in Paris, France.
