Resilient Infratech Fund (RIF) is a venture capital fund financing InfraTech companies building Europe's energy, industrial and digital backbone. It targets late seed and Series A stages with €1-5M tickets using a proprietary Financing-for-Equity model that combines equity with asset-backed structured finance. Focus areas include energy storage, grid hardware, industrial electrification and digital infrastructure. The fund operates via CNMV-regulated Spanish FCRE and Luxembourg RAIF/SICAV structures and is co-managed by GNE Finance and GVC Gaesco.
