OM Fund is an impact venture capital fund that invests in early-stage conscious startups based on the principles of people, planet, and profits. It targets companies in climate solutions, education, health and wellbeing, and financial services that deliver both financial returns and measurable positive impact. A portion of profits is reinvested to sustain future impact funds. The fund was co-founded in 2021 by Tiffany Joy Basse and Shirin Hedayat and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
