New Vista Capital is a venture capital firm headquartered in Washington, DC. Founded in 2020 by Dennis Muilenburg, Kirsten Bartok Touw, and Gen. Stephen “Seve” Wilson, it invests in early-stage aerospace, defense, space, AI, autonomy, and reindustrialization companies. The firm is raising a $60 million debut fund focused on pre-seed, seed, and Series A rounds with typical check sizes of $1 million to $3 million.
