It offers weekly online workshops covering IP, strategy, FDA regulation, business operations and fundraising, followed by a week-long Silicon Valley roadshow and exclusive pitch day. The organization was founded in 2025 by Dr. Elena Itskovich, Dr. Natasha Shtraizent and Dr. Rachel Blau to support scientist-founders commercializing research in the US and Israel, and operates as an early-stage life science fund and program.
