Curt Lary is the founder, CEO, and lead engineer of Hextronics, a Miami-based drone startup specializing in autonomous drone docking stations and software systems that enable continuous, remote aerial operations through innovative battery-swapping technology. Launched in early 2020, the company focuses on transforming drones into efficient data acquisition agents for applications in critical infrastructure, public safety, and beyond, with hardware deployed across over 25 countries and 20 U.S. states. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Lary previously served as an electromechanical engineer at W8R Systems, building a strong foundation in engineering before venturing into entrepreneurship. Recognized as one of Miami's Inno Under 25 in 2021 for his contributions to drone technology, this Palmer Trinity School alumnus (class of 2017) continues to drive innovation in the field, blending technical prowess with a vision for scalable aerial autonomy.
