Crusoe is an AI infrastructure company that builds cloud compute and “AI factory” infrastructure, including AI-optimized cloud services and the energy and data-center systems that support them. The company serves customers building and deploying AI workloads and has highlighted customers such as Anysphere (Cursor), Together AI, Windsurf, Decart, and Playground. Its platform is vertically integrated across energy procurement, data-center development, hardware manufacturing, and GPU cloud services, and it acquired Atero to add GPU memory optimization capabilities. Chase Lochmiller and Cully Cavness are co-founders and are named among the leadership team alongside other executives. Crusoe raised a Series E of more than $1 billion to accelerate large-scale AI factories and expand Crusoe Cloud.
