NEO targets US consumers via private early access programs with shipments starting in 2026 at $20,000 or $499 monthly subscription, while EVE operates in customer facilities globally. The robots feature proprietary actuation systems inspired by human tendons, perception and manipulation technologies, and a physics-grounded video world model for predicting actions.
