Find out why investors are looking at UK space now. Join the UK Space Agency and a small group of fellow investors for coffee ahead of the Deep Tech London Summit, where space is one of the five big questions on stage in The Final Frontier session.
The UK space sector is growing and its companies need private capital to scale. Unlocking Space for Investment is a UK Space Agency initiative to help investors understand the sector and find the right opportunities.
Over an informal morning, the Agency’s team will set out where the sector is heading and what Unlocking Space for Investment offers, with an open Q&A and chance to meet other investors.
You don’t need to know space to come. The morning is as useful to investors who haven’t looked at the sector yet as to those already in it.
What you’ll get:
A clear view of the opportunities in UK space and why now is the time to invest
An introduction to how Unlocking Space for Investment helps investors overcome the barriers to investing in space: for those new to space, looking to co-invest early, or anchoring growth rounds
First look at what's coming next: the Investor Hub, the next Investor Pathway cohort and industry visits, and how to join the Investor Network
Open Q&A with the team on space tech and investment
Connections with a small group of investors interested in space
Good coffee to fuel up for the Summit
This event is for:
Investors from venture capital, angel investing, family offices, corporate venture, private equity, institutional funds and lending, in the UK and internationally
Places are limited to keep this one intimate, so please register early.
