The Planet A Summit is an invitation-only gathering of 300 founders, investors, scientists and operators from across the European deep tech ecosystem. This year's theme is Built for This: the conviction that volatility is not a phase but the new baseline, and that the founders and capital allocators in this room are building for exactly this moment.
The Summit opens with a keynote from Adam Tooze, one of the world's leading economic historians, who will set the structural frame for the afternoon: Why this moment is different, and why the work being done in this room is historically significant.
The afternoon moves through five sessions:
The Lab's Missing Layer - Who builds the operating system for the automated lab, who owns the data it generates, and where does the moat actually sit?
With Robert Zechlin (UniteLabs), Marcus Tze-Kiat Ng (Dunia) and Alexander Belcredi (former Co-CEO, PhagoMed, acquired by BioNTech). Moderated by Christian Gonzalez (Planet A Ventures)
Europe's Industrial Edge - Can Europe win the industrial automation race?
With Siddharth Khullar (Aris Machina) and Jan Erik Solem (Stær).
The Sovereignty Premium - Europe says it wants sovereignty. Is it actually willing to pay for it?
A fireside with Cristina Caffarra, Co-founder of the EuroStack Initiative.
The Orbital Layer - Low Earth orbit is becoming critical infrastructure. Is Europe building, governing and funding it seriously enough to have any say?
Energy Abundance - Energy abundance in twenty years is the bet. What does it actually take to get there?
With Jorgen Tveit (Thaleron) and Lucio Milanese (Proxima Fusion).
The stage programme closes at 18:30 with a closing keynote, followed by freeflow networking until 20:00.
