Richard Gottscho is a pioneering figure in plasma science and semiconductor processing with over 40 years of experience. He co-founded Lam Research, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Speed division, and later led Applied Materials' Selective Deposition business unit. Currently, as Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Uyeno, he focuses on innovative nanoscale processing technologies for advanced semiconductors.
