The Waters Lab develops and tests innovative brain measures and electrical neuromodulation strategies to optimize neuropsychiatric care. Our aim is to supercharge rehabilitation efforts for individuals battling depression, OCD, and various neurological disorders. In both my research and clinical practice at Mount Sinai, I am dedicated to a future where psychotherapy and neurotechnology converge seamlessly. Biometric tools, advanced neurotech, psychedelics and cool gadgets are increasingly accessible to consumers; it is now critical that we identify the physiological signals that offer actionable insights to those seeking transformative change in their lives.
