Tori Shivanandan serves as Chief Operating Officer at Radiant, where she plays a key role in developing Earth's first mass-produced nuclear reactors and ensuring the company is on track to test a new reactor design for the first time in 50 years. Prior to joining Radiant, she was a senior leader at McMaster-Carr, America's largest engineering supply company, bringing extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Additionally, she is a founding member of Eluma, a non-profit organization in Sierra Leone, highlighting her commitment to impactful global initiatives.
