Prior to founding Cielara AI in 2024, he served as Head of Platform Engineering at Uber for over five years, where he led critical efforts in securing Tier-0 infrastructure, implementing zero-trust architectures, and supporting high-scale, mission-critical operations. His experience also includes engineering leadership roles at VMware and Microsoft. Hasibul’s work is driven by a passion for leveraging advanced AI techniques, including causal modeling and world models, to move cloud infrastructure from reactive monitoring to truly autonomous reliability.
