Vecna Robotics
Startup · HQ Waltham, MA · FOUNDED 2018

Vecna Robotics, incorporated in 2018 as a spin-off from Vecna Technologies, develops autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for material handling, including the RL350 Lifter, RL3600 Pallet Truck, RT4500 Tugger, RC20 and RC500 Conveyors, Tote Retrieval System, and CaseFlow robotic case picking system. These integrate with its Pivotal orchestration software, an AI-based multi-agent engine that optimizes workflows, enables human-robot collaboration, and adapts industrial equipment for dynamic navigation in warehouses via 360-degree sensors and real-time path planning. The company serves warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities, with customers including operations managers and logistics professionals seeking efficiency gains. In December 2025, Vecna Robotics announced a strategic collaboration with Aptiv PLC to co-develop next-generation AMRs combining Aptiv's perception and compute technologies with Vecna's autonomy platform. It is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts.
