molCore is building the post-evolution biologics platform: computationally designed proteins engineered with stability and structural properties that evolution hardly parsed and is effectively blocked from reaching, but that physics allows and modern protein design tools can now access. We directly address a failure mode that costs the biologics industry billions, namely the immune system neutralizing therapeutic proteins, which drives clinical trial failures, dose escalation, narrower labels, and restricts AAV gene therapies to a single dose. The engineered properties are designed to be portable across antibody, single-domain scaffold, enzyme, and capsid modalities, and to translate into developability gains relevant to half-life, route of administration, and re-dosable gene therapy.
