KnowGuard AI, founded in 2026 and based in Genk, Belgium, builds an Enterprise Memory Operating System (EMOS) that integrates with existing ERP and accounts payable systems to detect and prevent financial leakage before payment occurs. The platform ingests structured and unstructured data from invoices, contracts, ERP systems, and other enterprise sources, then transforms this data into a semantic memory layer that reasons across systems to identify anomalies such as duplicate invoices, rate drift, missed credits, and contract non-compliance.
