The maritime domain is the frontline to global trade, economic security, and national defense. It underpins homeland protection, the great power competition, and the resilience of the Tri-State industrial base. Startups are essential to advancing autonomy, contested logistics, and survivable maritime systems, yet they face persistent barriers to accessing defense buyers, commercial operators, and strategic partners.
ATMC 2026 addresses those barriers.
This Conference is intentionally designed around direct engagement with operators, acquisition leaders, commercial carriers, shipbuilders, investors, and allied partners- creating a forum where innovation moves beyond discussion and toward deployment.
Day 1 is centered on National Security & Policy and Day 2 revolves around Commercial & Supply Chain.
