Matt is an active investor, advisor, and board director and operates the Hack Factory start-up studio. Previously, Matt was the founder and CEO of FusionX and the Terrorism Research Center and held executive or board roles at Accenture, Tulco Holdings, iDefense, Total Intel, Flashpoint, and iSIGHT Partners.
Bob Gourley

Bob Gourley is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of OODA LLC, a leading cybersecurity and technology due diligence consultancy that publishes the influential OODAloop.com platform, delivering actionable intelligence on global security, disruptive technologies, AI risks, and strategic decision-making to business leaders and government officials. A retired naval intelligence officer with operational tours in Europe and Asia, Gourley pioneered cyber threat intelligence as the first Director of Intelligence for the Department of Defense's Joint Task Force-Computer Network Defense and later served as CTO of the Defense Intelligence Agency, earning recognition as one of InfoWorld's top 25 most influential CTOs and Washingtonian's "Tech Titans." Nancy Morgan

Nancy Morgan is a National Security executive leader, the former US Government Intelligence Community Chief Data Officer (IC CDO), former CIA Executive Leader, and Advisory Board Member with 36+ years of experience leading strategy, innovation and driving transformation in the data, AI and information technology arenas. She does independent consulting and advisory board work related to data, AI, cybersecurity, corporate governance and working with the public sector. She is as Strategic Advisor with The Cantellus Group and is on Samba Nova Systems’ Artificial Intelligence Innovation Advisory Council and Federal Council, Academy Securities Advisory Board and Geopolitical Intelligence Group, Kibu.io Advisory Council, data2 Advisors, and the T-Mobile Public Sector Advisor Council. She is a Visiting Fellow for the Cyber and Tech Center of the National Security Institute and was named one of the Most Influential People in Data by dataIQ100 in 2024.
