Join us for an evening of networking and breakthrough presentations on the frontier of neuroscience hosted by PsyMed Ventures and E11 Bio. Sponsored by Silicon Valley Bank & Lidow PC.
This year, we're featuring founders & scientists exploring neuroscience tech for human augmentation. Neuroscience isn't just for healing; it will elevate everyone's lives.
Speakers:
1. Ying-Hui Fu, PhD, is a Professor of Neurology at UCSF and a world leader in the genetics of sleep. Her lab has discovered the first-known genes behind “natural short sleepers”. Her work bridges human genetics and neuroscience to uncover how to modulate sleep for brain health, aging, and neurodegenerative diseases.
2. Nathalie Gouailhardou is the co-founder and CEO of Neurode, a neurotech startup developing a wearable headset to improve focus, impulse control, and memory. With a background in neuroscience and research experience at UNSW and the Bionics Institute, Nathalie combines personal experience with ADHD and scientific insight to create accessible, drug-free tools for cognitive health.
3. Jeeshan Chowdhury, MD, PhD is the Co-Founder of Pharia Health, a company helping people realize their best minds with personalized brain stimulation. Pharia uses proven, FDA-approved TMS technology in an innovative one-day protocol to rapidly target common blockers — low mood, fatigue, rumination — all delivered in integrated work and wellness settings.
4. Rahul Chhabra is the Co-Founder & CEO of a neurotech startup building large-scale non-invasive BCI models. With a background in mathematics and electrical engineering, he combines deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial experience.
5. Hunter Davis is the co-founder and CSO of Cradle, a medical hibernation startup working to pause biological time through reversible whole-body cryopreservation.

CEO and Founder, Neurode
Nathalie Gouailhardou is the CEO and Founder of Neurode, a company focused on developing wearable headsets for brain imaging and stimulation, with applications in treating conditions like ADHD. She brings expertise in neurotechnology and neuroscience, having led innovative projects in non-invasive brain interfaces. Gouailhardou's background includes founding Neurode to advance mental health solutions through hardware and software integration. Her achievements encompass securing funding for Neurode and contributing to research in wearable neurotech devices. This work highlights her dedication to improving brain health technologies.

Co-Founder, Pharia Health
Jeeshan Chowdhury, MD, PhD, is the Co-Founder of Pharia Health, a company dedicated to enhancing mental well-being through personalized brain stimulation using FDA-approved TMS technology. With his expertise in medicine and neuroscience, he has developed innovative one-day protocols to address issues like low mood, fatigue, and rumination. His work focuses on integrating these treatments into work and wellness environments to make them more accessible.

Professor, UCSF
Ying-Hui Fu, PhD, is a Professor of Neurology at UCSF and a leading geneticist in the field of sleep and circadian biology. Her research focuses on identifying gene mutations that influence sleep patterns, including those responsible for Familial Advanced Sleep Phase Syndrome and Natural Short Sleep. She uses a combination of human genetics and model organisms to understand the molecular mechanisms behind sleep and neurodegeneration. Dr. Fu is a member of the National Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Medicine, and Academia Sinica.

Cradle Healthcare Company, Until Labs
Hunter is a wayward physicist who’s spent his career looking for impactful problems at the intersection of physics and biology. Before becoming a founder of Cradle, he did his doctoral work in cellular magnetism with Mikhail Shapiro at Caltech before his postdoc in neuroscience with Adam Cohen at Harvard. At Cradle, Hunter leads the technical development of hibernation and organ preservation technologies to help patients get access to lifesaving cures.

Co-Founder & CEO, neurotech startup
Rahul Chhabra is the Co-Founder and CEO of a neurotech startup specializing in large-scale non-invasive Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) models. With a background in mathematics and electrical engineering, he combines deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial experience to drive innovation in the field. His work focuses on advancing neurotechnology through practical applications and leadership in the industry.
